Synopsis
Satyavir, a government engineer loves writing detective fiction. His maiden novel, ?Manorama?, has failed to make any mark and so he has been reduced to writing stuff for cheap pulp magazines. Stifled by the dreariness of small town existence and frustrated by his failure, Satyavir?s life takes a turn when the wife of a powerful local politician arrives at his doorstep with an irresistible offer; the chance to play a real life detective by spying on her husband. Intrigued and tempted by the opportunity to redeem his self worth, he accepts. Upon completion of the assignment, Satyavir is shocked to learn that the woman, who had posed as the politician?s wife, was, in fact, not the wife. The situation gets further complicated when she is killed in a mysterious accident. Sensing foul play, he begins investigating her death only to discover that nothing is what it seems to be and that her assignment to him and her death were related.
