The new entrant in Micromax's Canvas family, the Canvas Lite A92, is now available for Rs 8,099 (black version). A white colour variant of the phone is available for Rs 8,499. The phone was announced few days back and comes with a 5 inch screen like all other its siblings in the Canvas series
The Micromax Canvas Lite A92 is a dual SIM phone and its 5 inch screen comes with 480x800 pixels resolution. It is based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean version and has a 1 GHz dual core processor. The Canvas Lite has 512 MB RAM, 4 GB ROM (0.94 GB user available memory), and 32 GB of expandable storage slot.

The 10.8 mm thick Micromax Canvas Lite comes with a 2000 mAh battery that claims to provide six hours of talktime and 240 hours of standby on 2G network. This Android smartphone has a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. But the rear camera cannot capture high definition videos; it can record videos at 640x480 pixels resolution.
The 3G smartphone has WiFi with hotspot capability, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB, FM, G-sensor, Proximity, and Light sensor as well.
